Dashboard instrument clusters for Ford Fiesta, including Ghia and Zetec, can cause intermittent to complete non-start problems. Warning lights including ABS, EML (engine management), battery charge, handbrake and traction control may be permanently lit all at once with ignition on. When getting the vehicle scanned with diagnostic tools common fault codes may be found for: U0155 - lost communications to instrument panel and U2510 - CAN invalid data for security maturity, P1602 - immobiliser communication error and B1600 - PATS (Passive Anti-theft System) signal not received which will clear but ultimately return with ignition cycle. This cluster has also been known to cause battery drain when it is faulty. Faulty fuel, speed and temperature gauge issues are also very common.
